Customer can return the product within 07 days of purchase.
Return product should be accompanied with original Invoice along with certificate of product.
Once product received to us. Inspection of the product will be done to find any damage, sign of wear.
Once inspection and evaluation is done. We will refund full pay to customer or else if in case of any damage, Refund would be liable for minimum deduction.

Old product will be evaluated at - Current value of gold [Reference to ET Bullion | Indian Benchmark Bullion Price], Diamonds and Colour stones.
There will be deduction of 10% on Total valuation of Exchanged product and rest of the amount will be adjusted on the new purchase..
If the amount of New Purchase is more than the exchanged product than customer have to make payment for the balance amount and if the amount of New Purchase is less than old product then we will transfer the balance amount in customers registered account.
Assurance | Repairs
The products are manufactured on the norms of world class quality standards. If there is genuine production flaw, Repair of the product (if any) will be Free of Cost as well Transit cost in such case will be taken care by THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY [Subject to technical inspection of product]. In such case customer shall intimate customer care though mail or phone call within 2 days from the date of product received date.
If the product is damaged during use and need repairing. We extend life time service for repairing in such cases we will charge minimum labour and equivalent cost of additional diamond or metal if used for repairing. In such cases Transit cost shall be borne by Customer.
We suggest. If THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY user requires any repair. They shall avoid 3rd party local jewellers but rather shall contact our After sales / Customer care department though phone or mail for proper guideline. We will not accept the product if it is attempted for repairing by any 3rd Party.
