THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY offers FREE Returns / Exchange / Repairs of the products purchased and liable to following Terms & Conditions – This Facility at the moment is only available within INDIA*
YOU can return the product, to THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY within 07 days from the date of delivery of the product and we will refund you in full within 10 working days. Customized Jewellery made as per any Special instructions from customer will not be eligible for Free Returns.
Once you returned the item & as soon the product is received to us, Our Q.A (Quality Assurance) department will review the returned item. Any items which showing signs of wear / resized / altered or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned back to customer.
Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original / Copy of Invoice (Purchased within 20 days), If the customer fails or cannot produce the original certificate, THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY will send the Product to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.
Once our Q.A Team finds the product in good condition and damage free. From the date of Q.A final Report. Full Payment – 100% will be refunded back to Customer’s Account within 10 working days. The payment will be refunded through online bank transfer only.

Repairs in any of the product purchased from THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY within 20 days - will be done Free of Cost (Only in case the product is not damage or any diamond is lost) – Transit charges will be bear by THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY. In such case customer shall intimate customer care though mail or phone call within 2 days from the date of product received?
Repair of the product (Post Use or Beyond 20 Days) will be done at minimum additional cost [It includes if any additional metal or diamond added while repair] - Transit charges will be bear by Customer.
In any case if THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY feels the product is already attempted or repaired by 3rd Party – We will not accept the product and it will be sent back to the customer.
THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY offers a lifetime exchange policy, where customer can exchange any of the product purchased from THE PEOPLES JEWELLERY with new buying of The Peoples Jewellery range of available products. Old product will be evaluated at - Current value of gold [Reference to ET Bullion | Indian Benchmark Bullion Price], Diamonds and Colour stones. There will be deduction of 10% on Total valuation of Exchanged product and rest of the amount will be adjusted on the new purchase.
